I have been slowing learning to be barefoot since mid December.
I have been wondering if it happens to a lot of you too: feet itching and at the same time being hot when back home before falling asleep ? (when walking running barefoot in the forest on rocks, grass , in the puddle etc. )
And if you find ways to help with the itching? Especially since it can prevent me falling asleep.
